  • Strong sulphur smell like rotten eggs

  • Pools of liquid when the rest of the right-of-way is dry
  • Petroleum sheen on water
  • Dense fog-like plumes or frost balls

Sound

Trans Mountain Expansion Project Nearing 80% Construction Completion

Mar. 10, 2023

This milestone includes 787 kilometres of pipe in the ground, the completion of 12 pump stations, more than 40,000 welds and the completion of 50 major trenchless crossings.

Injunction Order

A BC Supreme Court Injunction Order prohibits the blocking or obstruction of access to Trans Mountain work sites in British Columbia.
