Building the 980 kilometres of new pipeline and associated facilities to complete the Project will offer a variety of jobs in BC and Alberta – before construction begins, during construction, post construction and in support of operations.
The Trans Mountain Expansion Project is committed to providing pipeline and facilities construction employment opportunities for Indigenous, local and regional community members and will do so by working with Indigenous groups, communities, companies, industry associations and other stakeholders along the pipeline corridor.
Construction on the expansion will take place in a phased approach.
The majority of hiring for the Project will be done by the contractors responsible for building the pipeline and facilities and interested applicants are encouraged to submit their resumes directly to the selected contractors for their area of interest.
