Trans Mountain has completed and filed responses to Round 1 of information requests (IR) from Intervenors. More than 6,500 pages were submitted to the National Energy Board (NEB) marking the completion of the answers to some 10,000 questions received in early May. Our team worked around the clock to finish providing appropriate answers to questions that were submitted. This, follows the filing of the first set of answers to around half of Intervenors earlier in June.

Trans Mountain will continue to answer any further questions during Round 2 of the IR process, beginning on July 4th with a second submission from the NEB, followed by Round 2 of Intervenor questions in September.

Information requests are an opportunity for the NEB or an Intervenor to ask written questions or request additional information about the Project or Trans Mountain’s Application – both the questions and the responses are posted on the NEB’s website.
