With the holiday season upon us, we wrapped up our largest United Way campaign in Trans Mountain’s history! Although we were physically apart this year, we united for a great cause that raised nearly $140,000 for our local communities.

During the month of November, we held our annual United Way campaign, bringing our team together to raise money to support those in need and help build healthier, stronger, more resilient communities. For every dollar donated by our employees, Trans Mountain matched those contributions by 50 cents to make an even bigger impact.

We held a variety of activities throughout the month; including a guest speaker who shared an inspirational story of her work with the United Way through a company-wide virtual meeting, employees organized and contributed prizes for raffles in all our operating locations, and a by-donation entry into a company-wide recipe contest.

We’re humbled by the hard work, generosity and spirit our team showed coming together to support the United Way and help improve the lives of those in the communities where we live and work. It’s been a difficult year and we remain committed to helping our communities recover from the impacts of COVID-19 into the new year.
