At Trans Mountain, we value the communities where we live and work – our annual United Way campaign is one of the many ways we help build stronger and healthier communities.

Matching words with action, our staff contributed to a very successful 2022 United Way campaign, raising $105,281 by making a pledge, purchasing online 50/50 tickets and bidding on great items in an online auction. They even participated in a pie throwing event and a pizza fundraiser lunch. For every dollar donated by our employees, Trans Mountain matched those contributions by 50 cents.

From food, housing and mental health services to domestic violence and child abuse prevention, this year’s campaign will help our friends and neighbours get back on their feet and build better lives.

A Gift that Keeps on Giving

Trans Mountain and the United Way have a partnership to strengthen the vital connections in the communities where we live and work, helping to make the greatest impact.

Each year, our staff come together to support the United Way through volunteer-led events and financial contributions. In 2021, our campaign raised more than $130,000 for United Way chapters in Alberta and BC, helping to support local communities and those in need.

At Trans Mountain, we know that big or small, every act of kindness matters – they ripple outward, sending hope and optimism across our community when we need it most. That is why we are inspired by the hard work and generosity from our team, who came together once again to support this year’s United Way campaign.
