We put People First

Being a part of Trans Mountain means we take care of each other. We stand together when challenges arise and draw on our diverse experience and shared sense of purpose to deliver the right solutions. We give credit and thanks where it’s due. We recognize excellence – the people whose talent and thoughtful actions enrich our culture and set an example worth following.

Dedicated to Safety

Every day, whether we’re working in the field or an office, the safety of our teammates, neighbours and environment is our top priority. At Trans Mountain, every team member across the organization is responsible for creating a safe work environment. We count on one another to speak up, ask questions, follow all protocols, processes and procedures and develop new ways of making our work environments safer.

Giving Back to our Communities

At Trans Mountain, we are relationship-builders compelled to connect, serve and make a difference in the lives of those around us in meaningful ways. We are hands-on at work and in our communities, volunteering and fundraising for causes we care deeply about. In the spirit of giving back, Trans Mountain sponsors local legacy projects through our Community Investment Program. In 2021, we provided more than $285,000 in financial and in-kind contributions to more than 150 organizations across communities in Alberta, British Columbia and Washington state.

By helping fund initiatives along the pipeline corridor, we amplify our team members’ efforts and contribute to the places we call home. We have a proud history of partnering with the United Way. In 2021, our campaign raised nearly $130,000, which will be distributed to local charities in communities we live and operate in.
