Trans Mountain strives to always be a good neighbour and demonstrate respect and courtesy in the communities where we operate. During construction of the Trans Mountain Expansion Project, we are guests in these communities and have a shared responsibility to demonstrate respectful and responsible behaviours.

Trans Mountain’s Worker Code of Conduct outlines expectations and requirements regarding conduct for all people engaged in work activity during construction of the Expansion Project, including Trans Mountain direct employees and contract workers, and employees and sub-contractors of companies contracted by Trans Mountain.

Trans Mountain is committed to ensuring its workforce demonstrates our core values of safety, integrity and respect during construction in host communities. This commitment applies to workers staying in Trans Mountain camp communities, local accommodations or residing at home.

All workers are ambassadors of the Project and are expected to act accordingly, both on and off the worksites.
